Sushi.Sushi.Sushi

Although I normally post upcoming movies and reviews, I have an opinion on everything and right now sushi is in severe need of a critique. Today I went to my favorite sushi bar [Sushito – Lima, Peru], and was reminded of how much I do not like cream cheese in my sushi! I love my Philadelphia Cream Cheese smeared all over my bagel, but it does not belong wrapped in the middle of my maki. It’s just not authentic. That’s all. I don’t have many complaints on my beloved sushi, but…..really cream cheese?
